INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER SUPERVISOR (CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT)

1. Kaizen projects & Marketing

• Lead Marketing Kaizen programs: Kaizen news, awarding events, and "Kaizen Corner".
• Conduct Kaizen training for new workers and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and support the execution of Kaizen ideas proactively.

Join the IE process improvement project
2. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize Excel/ Power BI to visualize performance and financial saving
• Proactively present project outcomes and strategic proposals to management in English

3. Factory introduction:

• Factory introduction to customer, guests
• Maintain good image of the factory’s operational excellence.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean related majors
• Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools
• Years of Work Experience: 2 years
• Technical Skills: IE knowledge or Presentation skill
• Languages: Vietnamese – English, Chinese is an advantage
• Working place: Crystal Elegance Textiles Viet Nam (Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam)
