Industrial Engineer

- Leads and coordinates all programs activities,

- Develop and control program timing, budgets and activities

- Apply change, risk and resource management

- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues and prepare reports for higher level

- Leads and coordinates and all engineering activities in client/customer focused project management environment

- Leads and coordinates all activities related to startup of new products and any change from customer

- Ensure all program and engineering activities comply with the company’s safety, quality, and operating policies and procedures

- Provide advice/problem-solving expertise to both the customer and the organization

- Ensure the engineering staff development and training activity is performed in compliance with company policies and

  Procedures

- Advise on manufacturing techniques applicable to production

- Support IATF16949 & ISO14001, VA/VE, CI and Six Sigma activities

• 5-8 years in an Engineering Supervisory role or relevant Industry equivalent, preferably 3 years Management
• IATF16949 & ISO 14001, Leadership skills, People Management, Business English, Exposure to related Plant Facilities

• Good command of English, Leadership Skills, Sound working knowledge of Engineering & program functions, Understanding of IATF16949 & ISO14001, Lean Manufacturing, JIT Principles and their application
