Industrial Engineering Intern (Final-Year Student)

1.Execute tasks and projects within the Operational Excellence program which coordinates Plant Development plans to support business goals and business strategy.
2. Implements optimal Product Family definition, Value Stream Map, and Structured Activities to achieve the end-to-end improvement in entire Production System.
3. Promotes Best-Practices implementation, sharing, and trainings to foster the culture of excellence and Continuous Improvement.
4. Supports the establishment and alignment on metrics measuring Plant Development for cross team to track and drive the goals.
5. Work with strong collaboration with global networks as well as local functions like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering on the corporate Operational Excellence framework, practices, process and progression. Plays the lead role in the Operational Excellence Journey of local factory, supports functional teams to set, run, and achieve their excellence goals.
6. Apply industrial benchmark methodologies, advanced technologies and data analytics in identifying opportunities and driving operational improvements.

- Final-year students with major in  Industrial Engineering, or other related Engineering disciplines with equivalent years of directly related experiences.

-Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; MS Project is a plus)

-Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.) is an advantage

-Simulation knowledge (FlexSim, Arena…) -Good English communication (written & verbal)

-Strong willingness to learn; proactive attitude; good teamwork skills
