Production Process efficiency

• Manage the team to create, review and sign off Production process for all products before production, review feedback from production and improve.

Work Instruction

• Mange team to Making critical work instruction, review and signing off and training to others.

Cycle time standard accurate

• Manage the team to measure the circle time and create standard circle for each product, or group of products.

Improvement process efficiency, capex review

• Leader or member of improvement process yield wood veneer mdf or glue, layout...machine.

JIG and Mold control

• Work with production, Engineering and planning to make sure JIG and Mold make on time for production.

• Knowledge in Microsoft office, Auto cad, inventor. 
• Fluent in English.
• Furniture overall process management (Workflow, balancing production, workstation,…).
• Furniture process technical know-how (White wood, Finishing, Packing,…).
• Analysis and control product tech pack, Problem solving at the floor.
• Lean manufacturing concept.
