Mô tả Công việc

Infrastructure Management

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network systems, and IT equipment.

- Monitor the performance, uptime, and security of the Company's IT infrastructure.

- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and data security procedures.

Technical Support

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and equipment issues across the Company and its subsidiaries.

- Set up and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment for staff.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to systems and network resources.

Network & Server Administration

- Maintain and troubleshoot the Company's network systems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, etc.).

- Support the hosting and deployment infrastructure for the in-house ERP system and other applications.

- Coordinate with Developers and the Business Analyst on infrastructure requirements for system deployment.

Asset & Vendor Management

- Track and manage IT assets, licenses, and equipment inventory.

- Liaise with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, maintenance, and repairs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networking, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network, and server administration. Proven experience supporting distributed infrastructure across multiple locations/branch offices (multi-site) is highly preferred.

2. Core Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)

  • Systems & Cloud: Proficient in administering Windows/Linux Servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V), and practical experience with cloud computing ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS/GCP), with the ability to utilize Power Automate for process digitization.
  • Network & Security: Solid hands-on experience configuring network devices (Routing/Switching). Strong understanding of access control, Endpoint Security, Antivirus, Firewalls, and cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies.
  • Operations & Monitoring: Deep understanding of Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures. Proficient in using system monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, etc.) with the ability to evaluate system performance and maintain accurate technical documentation (SOPs).

3. Mindset & Soft Skills

  • AI & Automation Mindset: Adept at leveraging AI assistants (Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) in daily workflows to research, write automation scripts, and significantly boost operational productivity.
  • Sharp Troubleshooting Skills: Highly analytical with a focus on root-cause analysis rather than temporary fixes, ensuring strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Service Mindset: Patient, with excellent communication skills when supporting non-technical end-users. Consistently prioritizes business operational needs and the end-user experience.
  • Ownership & Continuous Improvement: Takes full accountability for assigned systems. Proactive in learning new technologies and proposing solutions to optimize and standardize IT infrastructure.

4. Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

  • Possession of reputable international certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, VMware, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL.
  • Hands-on experience with IT Ticketing/Helpdesk systems.
  • Good reading comprehension of technical documentation in English, with basic to intermediate communication skills.
