Inspection Manager (Pre-shipment Inspection)

You will also act as the Member of Pre-shipment Inspection Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Inspection in managing the day-to-day including management Standard ISO/IEC 17020; ISO 2859-1, ISO 9000; relevant industries and products, and national.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and implement the yearly PSI plan in alignment with corporate objectives, approved by PS Head
• Oversea and manage all operational & administrative activities of PSI-VN team
• Report the monthly working plan of PSI Team to PS head
• Ensure associated costs are under control and monitored for every quotation
• Provide recommendations and strategies to improve PSI team performance, increase operational efficiency, and achieve set targets
• Implement the systems and processes in compliance with Company procedures and policies
• Ensure associated costs are under control and monitored for each quotation
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, responsible for quotation approval
• Address client appeals and complaints in a timely and professional manner, aiming for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
• Implement and manage the KPI system for all subordinates yearly
• Evaluate and train staffs to follow new standards in accordance with customers’ requirements
• Control and follow the monthly working plan
• Ensure that PSI activities and associated costs remain under control in line with company policies
• Follow other tasks assigned by reporting Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years of experience in quality assurance or the inspection industry
• Proven experience in inspecting consumer products in accordance with ISO 2859-1
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17020; ISO 9000 and relevant industries, and national / international standards is highly preferred
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication) is required
• Result and service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and problem resolution
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently while also being an effective team player
• Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement 
• Ability to manage a team at medium or large size
• Immediate availability to start work upon hiring
