Inspection Supervisor

 • Monitor inspection activities of tasks assigned

 • Train new inspectors, assessment and suggest upgrading staff's level

 • Co-operate with internal and external auditors and other SBUs to carry out audit properly

 • Arrange, monitor the process of receiving, reviewing the Field Inspection reports, photographs, sample, time sheet, field expenses submitted by inspector and sending to relevant units.

 • Perform tasks be required from BU Manager / SBUs Managers

 • Comply HSE, Integrity pollicies / procedures. Train staff, perform OI visits and attend other HSE, Integrity,... programs as required

 • Control cost and resources within jobs or individuals

 • Provide excellent customer care service towards client 

• At least 3 years experience in related inspection activities

 • Relevant University or higher degree

 • Management and Professional skills  

 • Fluent in Chinese and basic English communication skills

 • Experience in the woodchip inspection/survey industry
