Intern - Project Team (3 months)

· Prepare the required documents and pre/ post-test includes technical documentation from customers, control samples, sample reserved.

· Monitor projects planning, preparation, implementing and approving status.

· Scan and upload data sheet, report, quotation, AF, … of project and complete in Compass system.

· Support project team handle the simple project which is related to mechanical safety at Hardline lab.

· Support Project Manager to trade back evidence document when needed.

· Support Local Filed Manager to control document of Hardline department.

· Carrying out other specified duties and functions as directed by Supervisor and or Technical Manager, Local Field Manager.

·      Good at problem-solving skills.

·       Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high position people.

·       Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.

·       Good at time management skills.
