Dynamic Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Business Support team.
A. Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Accountant (60%)
• Process monthly expense payments accurately and promptly
• Issue invoices; monitor and analyze accounts receivable to support healthy cash flow management
• Prepare management reports and provide internal financial analysis to support decision-making
• Support budget monitoring and identify areas for improvement
• Support continuous improvement of accounting and HR administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinate with tax accountant team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
2. HR Administration (40%)
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, personnel records, PIT, and statutory insurance administration
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting and interview scheduling
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Communicate and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support employee training and development initiatives
B. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in internal accounting, financial analysis and reporting, payroll administration and personnel administration.
Good analytical and organizational skills
High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Good written English skills for business communication (emails, contracts, reports, etc.)
