Internal Security Specialist

Job Summary

- The Internal Security Specialist position is responsible for implementing internal security operations at Masan Consumer Corporation and its factories, collectively known as Masan Consumer

Job Responsibilities

- Implement measures to detect and proactively prevent signs of misconduct by officers and employees throughout the MCH system.

- Carry out investigation, verification and clarification when there are signs of suspected violations; Violations have occurred by officers and employees throughout the MCH system.

- "Implement measures to prevent violations related to officers and employees in the system MCH."

- Support human resource management on recruitment, training, evaluation, work management. Building a staff team with sufficient staffing and quality to organize the implementation of operational plans and ensure effective, correct functions and tasks of the departments.

- Coordinate with heads of other functional units/departments in MCH to effectively carry out assigned functions and tasks.
