Achieve export sales targets for durian products, including fresh durian, frozen durian, and related durian-processed items.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and trading partners in assigned markets.
Lead the full export sales cycle: market development, customer acquisition, negotiation, contract finalization, and after-sales service.
Negotiate export contracts with accuracy in pricing, volume, product specifications, packaging, production schedules, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Control, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and compliant order fulfillment.
Monitor global durian market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands; provide insights and business development recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage adjustments professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Contribute ideas to improve export processes, documentation, and overall operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in durian or fresh fruit/agricultural products (Candidates with background in logistics sales related to durian transportation are also welcome)
Strong negotiation, communication, and international client management skills.
Good understanding of export procedures, documentation, and shipment coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business tools.
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
