Cultivate and maintain trust-based alliances with existing global distributors to ensure continuous re-ordering, tracking inventory levels, monitoring regional consumption patterns, and swiftly resolving cross-border concerns.
Draft bespoke commercial proposals, catalogs, and competitive pricing frameworks for departmental managerial approval.
Devise accurate monthly sales forecasting models and product volume plans for designated client portfolios.
Negotiate global transaction terms—including price positioning, international payment instruments, and shipping schedules—within specified managerial boundaries.
Reconcile international purchase orders against plant capacity and scheduling to ensure prompt, error-free fulfillment.
Independently process and manage the complete suite of export documentations and direct customs declarations utilizing specialized electronic customs software systems. (Note: The internal Logistics division supports vessel booking and inland trucking coordination only).
Administrative Control & Fiscal Reporting:
Verify and execute financial settlements for transactional costs linked directly to global clearance processes.
Systematically log departmental operational expenditures and prepare standardized financial reports for the Export Manager before the 5th of each month.

Male. Age: 30 - 40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree or above from premier universities (such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Vietnam National University, Foreign Language University, Foreign Trade/Commerce majors) specializing in International Business, Economics, Marketing, Administration, or related disciplines.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of verified expertise in international export sales. Superior preference is allocated to candidates originating from the Confectionery sector, followed by Food Processing/Ingredients, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
Technical & Regulatory Competence: Practical, hands-on mastery of global logistics document assembly, international commercial terms (Incoterms), and fluent navigation of electronic customs declaration software programs.
