Mô tả Công việc

1. JOB PURPOSE

The International Sales Executive is responsible for developing new international customers, supporting existing clients, and executing export sales activities to drive sustainable business growth (Focus Asia Market)

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Customer Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and develop new international customers in assigned markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing levels, and competition.
  • Manage the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, quotation, and order confirmation.

2.2 Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and distributors.
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure high service quality.
  • Follow up on orders, feedback, and after-sales issues.

2.3 Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Prepare quotations, product information, and sales documentation.
  • Monitor order progress, shipment schedules, and payment status.

2.4 Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including progress, risks, and opportunities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or related fields.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in international business or export.
  • Experience in a similar field is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong learning ability and open mindset
  • Basic understanding of international trade (Incoterms, payment terms)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Language

  • Good command of English (mandatory)
  • Chinese languages are a plus
