About Wana Beverage

Wana Beverage is a leading Vietnam-based beverage manufacturer specializing in OEM, ODM, and Private Label solutions. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Export Specialist to join our international business team. You will be responsible for expanding our global client base, managing relationships with international distributors and retail chains, and guiding clients through the end-to-end OEM/ODM process. You will play a key role in driving our mission to deliver high-quality Vietnamese beverages to the world.

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new international B2B clients, importers, and private label partners in target regions

  • Client Consultation: Coordinate with Marketing Department for taking care leads. Serve as the primary point of contact for international inquiries. Consult with clients on product development, including OEM/ODM requirements, formulation, packaging, and regulatory compliance.

  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry and sample requests to price negotiation, contract signing, and order execution.

  • Order Coordination: Collaborate closely with our production, R&D, and logistics departments to ensure client orders are manufactured, certified, and shipped according to agreed timelines (8–10 weeks target).

  • Trade Shows & Networking: Represent Wana Beverage at major international trade exhibitions (e.g., Gulfood, THAIFEX, Anuga, SIAL, PLMA) to build brand awareness and capture new business leads.

  • Market Research: Keep abreast of global beverage trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in different countries to provide strategic insights for product development

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in the F&B, FMCG industry.

  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, or Japanese) is a significant advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of international trade processes, export documentation, and customs compliance.

    • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.

    • Ability to communicate technical/production requirements clearly to international clients.

  • Attributes:

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and client meetings.

    • Cultural awareness and adaptability to work with diverse global partners.
