Inventory Accounting Senior Executive

Track and manage inventory input, output, and balance data on the system (warehouse and 220 stores).

Monitor goods receipt, return transactions, and actual stock quantities at stores and warehouses.

Reconcile imported goods data between the PBI system and accounting software.

Compare system data with physical inventory at stores and warehouses.

Issue return invoices to suppliers upon request from relevant departments.

Record journal entries related to inventory increases and decreases in accounting software.

Perform month-end inventory closing.

Close cost of goods sold (COGS) and ending inventory figures at month-end.

Prepare monthly reports as required.

Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations related to inventory management.

Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory accounting or inventory management.

Experience in retail, manufacturing, or high-volume inventory environments is preferred.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
