Inventory Management Leader

Purpose of Position

• To improve and maintain the best service to clients in terms of logistics, especially inventory management.
• To support the team on routine work to meet target requirements.
• To work closely with the Inventory Management Supervisor on problem-solving in terms of inventory.
• To maintain smooth cooperation within the team, with clients, and other sections/departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in monitoring inventory levels by balancing and transferring stock to branches.
• Assist the team with stock count requests from clients.
• Work with clients or related departments to solve inventory and branch transfer issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Inventory Management Supervisor on inventory and branch transfers.
• Prepare related inventory reports as required.
• Monitor team performance against targets.
• Train staff.

• University/College Degree
• Good communication skills in native language and English
• Strong background and experience in inventory management
• Good computer literacy
• Leadership skills
• Well-organized
• Additional relevant qualifications or experience
