Investment & Corporate Strategy - Senior Associate

Corporate M&A (strategic buy-side):

• Conduct sector and market research to identify and prioritize acquisition targets.
• Evaluate opportunities through rigorous screening and due diligence, aligned with the Group’s investment framework.
• Lead junior team members in producing investment teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and valuation analyses.
• Collaborate with third-party advisors to manage FDD, TDD, LDD, and transaction closing processes.

Corporate Fundraising and Strategic Partnership:

• Analyze capital structures and recommend optimal funding solutions.
• Support end-to-end fundraising or strategic partnership initiatives at both Group and Business Unit levels, including preparation of presentations and financial materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fundraising or strategic partnership readiness and execution.

Strategic Finance:

• Develop analytical dashboards and investment case reports focusing on IRR, ROIC, ROE, and MOIC.
• Translate complex financial and strategic data into actionable insights to inform C-suite decisions.
• Support financial projection efforts tied to growth projects, expansion, and capital allocation for each Business Unit.

Internal Strategy Consulting & Market Research:

• Deliver in-depth strategic assessments to guide internal Business Unit growth, market entry, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct industry benchmarking and commercial due diligence to inform strategic planning.
• Oversee the preparation of period macroeconomic materials compilation.

Business Expansion & Networking:

• Build strategic partnerships and relationships with sector players, investors, and relevant external stakeholders.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to deepen market knowledge and network reach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Finance (Big 4 preferred), Corporate Strategy, PE/VC, or related field.
• 1-3 years of small-team management experience preferred.
• MBA/CFA preferred.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese. (100% English Working Environment)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven experience in M&A execution, fundraising, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Sharp business acumen with the ability to drive operational improvements.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and inquisitive, with strong conceptual thinking.
• Effective time management and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results.
