Leadership & Oversight: Take primary responsibility for leading and supervising the entire casting simulation and mold design process for casting products.
Simulation & Design: Execute casting process simulations, optimize mold designs, and develop 3D prototypes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with relevant departments to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and operational efficiency.
Technical Analysis: Analyze metallurgical properties and implement advanced casting processes driven by a Continuous Improvement mindset.
Quality Management: Monitor implementation to minimize defects, optimize casting yield, and accelerate New Product Introduction (NPI) timelines.
The Offer
5–15 years of hands-on experience in metal casting (Strong preference for Malleable, Gray, and Ductile iron).
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proficiency in various metal casting methods and Die Casting processes.
In-depth understanding of Metallurgy principles and their practical application in casting operations.
Knowledge of fittings and valves is considered a significant advantage.
Simulation Expert: Mastery of Magmasoft or iCast. Familiarity with equivalent software (ProCAST, FLOW-3D CAST, AnyCasting, NovaFlow & Solid, etc.) is highly valued.
3D Design: Expert user of SolidWorks for mold and core design; proficiency in additional CAD software is a plus.
Strong project management capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills within a professional corporate environment.
English Proficiency: Full command of technical English (mandatory).
