      Mô tả Công việc

      • Maintenance POS Software.
      • Setup & install POS system for new shop/store.
      • Trouble shooting & supporting end user regarding to software issues.
      • Setting up Promotion campaign on POS system as requirement.
      • Supporting end user regarding to promotion issues.
      • Prepare documentation & training to end user.
      • Co-ordinate and support for IT requisition from other Departments.
      • The tasks assigned by the supervisor/ manager.
      • Experience with SQL query.

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • Minimum College degree in IT or related field preferred.
      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support/implementation.
      • Experienced in IT Retail Support is a plus.
      • Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through.
