Job Description: Analyze, design, and develop software applications that meet client’s requirements. Guide clients in implementing ERP/Accounting/HR software solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the setup are tailored to meet their specific needs. Write code while adhering to company programming standards and best practices. Perform software testing to ensure product quality before delivery. Provide comprehensive training to clients on the software’s features and functionalities. Support clients during software usage, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Ensure timely and clear communication with both internal teams and external clients throughout the implementation and support process. Participate in meetings and discussions related to software design and development. Work independently and collaboratively within a team, coordinating with other project members. Research and apply new technologies in software development. Report work progress to the Manager. Contribute to project planning and management. Provide continuous maintenance for existing applications, addressing bugs or issues and implementing necessary improvements. Diagnose and resolve server-related issues, providing support to other IT staff and end-users as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Proven experience in desktop and web application development, particularly with VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, NodeJS, or ReactJS. Server administration, including experience with Windows server environments.
