IT Engineer SAP Basis SysAdmin

We’re looking for a proactive and curious SAP Basis System Administrator who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and is eager to work with modern SAP ecosystems and cloud technologies.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our technical team, you will:

• Ensure system reliability: Administer and support SAP systems to maintain high availability, stability, and performance
• Troubleshoot with impact: Diagnose and resolve issues identified by users or monitoring tools
• Manage databases: Work with SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and SAP HANA environments
• Administer operating systems: Support SAP across Windows, UNIX, and Linux platforms
• Optimize performance: Monitor, tune, and enhance systems following SAP best practices
• Drive system evolution: Lead installations, upgrades, migrations, and landscape expansions
• Handle complex landscapes: Support multi-system environments (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, etc.)
• Execute core Basis activities:
  • Client copies
  • System refreshes
  • Transport management
• Strengthen security: Implement and maintain best practices to protect data integrity and confidentiality
• Embrace innovation: Explore and adopt cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure

What You Bring

Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with at least one OS: Windows, UNIX, or Linux
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, SAP HANA)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a strong advantage
• Passion for learning and growing in SAP and enterprise technologies

Communication

• Good English skills (reading & writing required)
• French is a plus, but not mandatory
