Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Manage user accounts, IT assets, and software licenses.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Develop and maintain business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms).
Prepare and update IT documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve business processes through digital solutions.

Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, or IT Operations.
Basic understanding of:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft 365
- Computer networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, or Microsoft Forms is an advantage.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
Ability to communicate in English for work.
Experience working in a Japanese company is a plus.
