Description the main duties of the position:

- Manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user systems.

Roles and responsibilities:

• This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining network and security systems, administering Windows/Linux servers and Microsoft 365 services, as well as providing technical support for users across hardware, software, and business applications.
• Ensure timely and effective technical support for internal users.
• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT equipment in good working condition.
• Comply with procedures and support the implementation of internal IT projects.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Administration, or related fields. Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE,
  Fortinet NSE. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Responsible and proactive at work, always ready to provide support when needed. 
• Good communication and internal customer service skills; polite, patient, and open-minded attitude. 

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive fixed salary.
• Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday (lunch at the company).
• Parking allowance: 300,000 VND/month.
• 13th-month salary bonus.
• Year-end performance bonus: 1- 2 months’ salary (based on performance evaluation).
• Full salary during 60-day probation period.
• Full salary-based social insurance, accident insurance during probation, and Bảo Việt health insurance after signing the labor contract.
• Annual leave: 14 – 17 days/year.

Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday), half-day on Saturdays.
