IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, PCs, and security systems. The role involves installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting IT systems, providing Helpdesk support, and delivering basic technical guidance to users.

• Operate, maintain, and support internal IT systems (servers, networks, PCs, and software).
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and LAN/WAN networks.
• Support and monitor IT security systems, including Sophos Firewall, VPN, and Endpoint Protection.
• Assist in managing firewall rules, VPN access, endpoint policies, and security monitoring under guidance.
• Provide IT Helpdesk support and basic technical training to users.
• Manage IT assets, user accounts, access rights, and data backup.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure stable and secure system operation.
• Support ISO-related tasks (document control and internal audit preparation).
• Provide on-call support and respond to system incidents, including night-time or Sunday work when required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

1. Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
• Basic understanding of IT security concepts; experience or knowledge of Sophos Firewall / Endpoint is a strong plus.
• Ability to install, configure, and support PCs, servers, and network devices.
• Good troubleshooting and user support skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and security tools.
• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, simple conversation).

 2. Education & Experience

• College/University degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• No working experience required – fresh graduates are welcome.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• IT-related certifications (Network, Security, Sophos, etc.) are a plus.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
