System Maintenance & User Support: Oversee daily operations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for factory systems (ERP, MES, WMS); provide prompt IT Helpdesk support for shop-floor and office staff.
Infrastructure & Network Management: Manage and maintain factory IT infrastructure, including networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Firewall, VPN), servers, CCTV, access control systems, and hardware devices (PCs, laptops, industrial barcode printers/scanners).
Process Optimization & Integration: Assist in deploying, testing, and optimizing internal system modules (ERP/MES), ensuring seamless data flow between production workshops, warehouse, and management teams.
Data Security & Backup: Execute routine database backups, enforce data security protocols, manage user access permissions, and ensure system readiness for disaster recovery.
Vendor & Asset Management: Procure IT equipment, manage IT asset inventory, and coordinate with third-party software/hardware vendors for maintenance and warranty services.
Cross-Departmental Communication: Act as a technical bridge between local factory departments and HQ IT teams; promptly report system performance, security risks, and project milestones to supervisors.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Work Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on IT support, network administration, or system maintenance experience within a manufacturing/factory environment.
Technical Skills: Proficient with manufacturing ERP/MES/WMS systems, Windows Server administration, basic SQL database management, network security (VLAN, Firewall, VPN), and hardware troubleshooting.
Language Skills: Working proficiency in English (reading technical manuals, writing documentation); Chinese (conversational to working level) is a strong advantage for cross-border communication with HQ/Chinese management teams.
