Scope of responsibilities
1. Management & strategy
· Team Management: Directly manage, mentor, and lead the IT team (including IT Assistant/Support). Establish KPI systems, assign tasks, and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
· Strategy & Budgeting: Participate in annual IT budgeting. Control procurement and operational costs, and propose long-term technology roadmaps aligned with company growth.
· Compliance: Develop and enforce IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Information Security policies to ensure system availability and compliance with internal and group audits.
· Vendor Management: Negotiate, evaluate, and manage relationships with ISPs, software, and hardware vendors to ensure SLA compliance.
2. Network Infrastructure & Security
· Set up, configure, and troubleshoot networks: LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, Firewall (NAT, Port Forwarding).
· Establish and execute data backup policies to ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.
3. Server & Enterprise System Management
· Administer and maintain the stability of Windows Servers and Linux environments (Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, etc.).
· Manage virtualization platforms including VMWare vSphere/vCenter and Hyper-V.
· Ensure the ERP system runs smoothly, play the role to bridge between users’ requirement and vendor’s design, and manage enterprise databases/applications (SQL Server, MySQL, IIS).
4. System Operations & Technical Support
· Provide Level 2/3 technical support and oversee Level 1 support for hardware, software, and network incidents.
· Manage and maintain computer systems (PCs, Laptops), printers, phone systems, and other office IT equipment.
· Manage user accounts, access rights, and daily operations on Active Directory and email systems (O365).
· Perform installations and updates for operating systems (Windows 10/11), applications, and security patches.
5. CCTV System Management
· Implementation: Manage and install (cable and configure) Analog/IP camera systems; ensure optimal viewing angles and network connectivity (Cloud/Remote viewing).
· Operations: Monitor recordings, handle footage retrieval, and perform routine health checks on NVR/DVR storage (HDD, NAS).
· Tools: Proficient in CCTV management software (Hikvision, Dahua, etc.).
6. Asset Lifecycle Management (Onboarding & Offboarding)
· Onboarding: Supervise equipment preparation (PCs, monitors, mobile devices, accessories) for new hires, ensuring readiness before the first working day.
· Offboarding: Recover equipment, perform data resets/wiping on PCs and mobile devices. Inventory and manage recovered assets (mouse, headset, etc.).
7. Operate under Company regulations of ISO, HACCP, GMP requirements
Qualifications:
- Age: From 28 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience:
· At least 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/System (including at least 2 years in a Management or Supervisory role).
· Expertise in Windows/Linux Servers, Virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V), and ERP support. Proficient in database management (SQL/MySQL).
· Proficient in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and O365.
· Strong knowledge of Networking (VPN, NAT, Port Forwarding, DNS, Routers, Switches).
· Understanding of CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua) and storage solutions (NAS).
- Soft Skills: Good at English; service mindset, detail-oriented, responsible, and strong leadership skills
Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
