• Manage and develop relationships with Vietnamese clients (Japanese clients are handled by Japanese staff).
• Coordinate with local partner companies to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Conduct compliance checks in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Support Japanese clients during business trips in Vietnam.
• Lead and manage sales team across both Northern and Southern regions.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members in handling complex cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics sales (performance-driven, years of experience flexible).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in team management / leadership role.
• Stable career history (few job changes preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Japanese language skills (is a plus).
• Experience working in Japanese companies.
• Knowledge of food-related logistics/products is an advantage.
