Manage full-cycle recruitment for Tech roles from sourcing to onboarding;
Source, screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements;
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub and other niche technical communities;
Partner closely with Engineering Managers to deeply understand technical requirements, project scopes, and team culture;
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of tech talents;
Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to provide expert advice to stakeholders;
Maintain accurate data in the HR system and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics;
Carry out other HR-related tasks as assigned by supervisors;

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or relevant areas;
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (Agency or In-house experience);
Familiarity with social media sourcing, CV databases, and professional networks;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
A "can-do" attitude, high resilience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Proactive, eager with new things and technology;
