Junior Customer Support (Night Shift)

How are you going to make a difference?

- Handling issues raised by the customers relating to product, delivery or technology

- Negotiating/closing deals, cooperating with customers to resolve the issues and handling complaints or objections

- Working closely with other departments within the company to provide satisfying customer service

- Updating the latest news about products, shipping services or promotions, marketing campaigns to the customers

- Understanding deeply business model, services, systems, processes and other e- commerce information to update and support the customer

- Other tasks by the Department Manager

Are you a fit?

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing or a related Field.

- At least 1 year of experience in work and if you have experience in e-commerce or related fields, that would be an advantage

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Become familiar with CRM software and standard IT base

- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- Able to work independently

- Multi-tasking skill ability

- Active, confident, creative, and enthusiastic at work

- Can work under pressure, responsible, patient, and well-organized

- Good communication in English (Speaking and Writing) & negotiation skills

- Willing to work evenings and weekends sometimes
