Junior Developer – Software Development

WE NEED YOU:

• Develop and maintain internal systems for the company or participate in external software development projects as required.
• Research, design, and build automation solutions (RPA) using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) or other relevant technologies.
• Develop internal tools and applications to support process automation and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to analyze requirements, propose appropriate technical solutions, and ensure deliverables meet user needs.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and provide internal technical support when needed.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Perform other technical tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Must have: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 
• Proficiency in C# programming language. 
• Ability to work with SQL Server databases. 
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. 
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English. 

Nice to have 

• Experience with .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC (C#) frameworks. 
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, or other front-end frameworks. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere). 
• Having real project experience or demo products is a strong plus. 
• Good teamwork, problem-solving, and fast-learning abilities. 
• Proactive, responsible, and passionate about technology and automation.
