Mô tả Công việc

1.       Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports accurately and on schedule.
  • Prepare and submit statutory tax declarations, including VAT, PIT, CIT and other required tax reports.
  • Support tax finalisation and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations.

2.       Accounting Operations

  • Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Company policies.
  • Review accounting entries and ensure proper account reconciliation on a monthly basis.

3.       Internal Control & Compliance

  • Review payment requests and accounting documents for both domestic and international transactions.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.

4.       Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Import, Purchasing, Logistics and other departments to resolve accounting issues and improve workflow.
  • Support finance-related projects and perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.       Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related fields.

2.       Experience

  • Above 2 years of experience in General Accounting or equivalent roles.
  • Experience in trading, import-export or pharmaceutical companies is highly preferred.
  • Experience with month-end closing, tax reporting and financial statements.

3.       Language

  • Good command of English (mandatory).
  • Able to prepare reports, communicate effectively by email and collaborate with overseas colleagues and business partners.
