JOB IN SUMMARY

We are seeking a Key Account Executive to manage sales and sales strategy for our spice’s products, maintain and develop key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction from the initial deal through after-sales service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with oversea key accounts.
  • Fully understand the needs and requirements of key customers and continuously propose solutions to meet customer objectives.
  • Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers promptly to maintain trust.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and foster long-term relationships.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts
  • Perform tasks that assigned by line supervisor/ manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant fields.
  • From 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles, with experience in B2B Food Ingredient Sales/ Business Development/ Account Management is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and strong numerical skills for costing/ pricing calculations.
  • Proactive, self-driven, good attitude, and hardworking.
