Mô tả Công việc

Order Setup & System Input:

  1. Create and update order information on internal systems (e.g., deal, PO, subPO)
  2. Ensure all required information is properly declared before processing

Order Processing & Execution

  1. Receive and process orders from Business Development team
  2. Execute order flows according to defined processes and timelines
  3. Monitor order progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
  4. Support tracking and reporting of order status, volume, and progress when required

Issue Handling

  1. Identify issues during order processing (missing data, delays, system errors)
  2. Take action to resolve or escalate issues to relevant teams
  3. Follow through until the issue is resolved

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Operations, or related fields
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Key Account support roles
  • Experience in handling orders, documents, or administrative processes is a plus
  • Comfortable working with internal systems and cross-functional teams
  • Basic to intermediate English is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good coordination skills and a proactive mindset in resolving issues and ensuring smooth execution
