Mô tả Công việc

  • Coordinating, managing & updating all business factors (sales, market share, P&L, category management) for the assigned customers
  • Establishing, Developing and Enhancing new business relationships with potential customers in modern trade channel
  • Working with Trade Marketing & Marketing Team and other function on related plans to win customer, shopper, consumer: Pharmacy Chain, E-Pharmacy, Health & Beauty Chain, Mom & Baby Chain, Supermarket, Minimart, CVS
  • Conducting field work to communicate and understand customer policy & their specific requirement. Deploy, executive and track the progress of ins-store trade activities (promotion, visibility, activation…)
  • Proposing relevant trade programs to fit with the business growth
  • Ensuring effective delivery of Business KPIs: Volume/Value growth, market share, forecast accuracy, fundamentals for the assigned accounts
  • Collect & report on competitive market intelligence
  • Other tasks as assigned by Key Account Manager& BUH

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 1-2 experienced in Key Account Position
  • Dynamic, creative, hard working & independent
  • Good communication, presentation and negociation skill
  • College orUniversity graduation ( Medical or Economics)
