1. Strategic Account Management
Manage and develop strategic accounts including MOH, SOH, and Level 1 & 2 hospitals ..., establish strong relationships with key decision makers to ensure product presence and business growth.
Develop and execute long-term account plans, forecast demand, and align pricing strategies.
Tender & Listing Execution.
Collaborate with Regulatory and Marketing to prepare tender dossiers, ensure compliance with MOH/SOH regulations.
Increase sales in designated accounts through supporting the sales team in listing in new hospitals/ clinics and territories.
2. Customer Management
Build up develop and maintain strong relationships with customers & new potential territories, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
Monitor sales revenue, contract values, delivery status by hospital, report to BDM Sales & Marketing.
Support building customer information data system.
Develop & maintain good relationship with customers & support KAE to approach KOLs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes in the assigned territories
3. Key Account Business Planning
Develop account-specific strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Allocate, manage, and optimize operational, promotional, and capital budgets throughout the business cycle.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.
4. Coaching & Team Development
Lead KAE Team Management: Lead & manage the assigned KAE group, guide, support and motivate them to achieve KPI.
Propose & support for vacancies in the assigned territories.
Monitor & evaluate KAE's performance
Engage in skill set KAE through conducting Coaching & Skills training sessions, responsible for instructing & monitoring the KAE's strict implementation to the Company's regulation, compliance, & rules relating to the business.
Manage KAE's working schedule & annual leave.
5. Control & Reporting
Budget control & Reporting: Control expenses within the allocated budget efficiently.
Monitor account performance & budget execution.
Implement periodic reports and reports as requested by management (ex: plan business travel schedule & monthly reports).
Medical/ Pharmaceutical University graduation
Communicate in English – Level B
Use computer fluently (word, excel, email)
Knowledge on products, customers & territories
Good communication, negotiation & management skills
Minimum 2 years experience at the same level or 4 years at KAE or Medical Representative.
Proactive, hardworking & able to work under high pressure
