Manage and grow key supermarket accounts to achieve GMV targets and align with the company’s growth strategy.
Identify and approach potential clients within the supermarket channel to expand the company’s partner network.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients while continuously acquiring new customers on a monthly basis.
Closely monitor assigned accounts’ performance, track business activities, and provide regular reports and insights.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues appropriately to ensure a seamless experience and high customer satisfaction with the company's products and services.

2–3 years of experience in the supermarket channel or F&B industry.
Proven experience working with large corporations is highly preferred.
Strong work ethic with persistence, resilience, and patience.
