Key Responsibilities:
● Outreach and collaborate with KOLs/KOCs across TikTok, Instagram.
● Manage end-to-end partnerships with influencers(KOLs/KOCs), from negotiation and contracting to execution and relationship maintenance.
● Analyze campaign performance (exposure, engagement, conversion) to optimize ROI.
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align influencer activities with product launches and promotions.
Requirements:
● 2-8 years of experience in KOL marketing or business development in Vietnam.
● Existing network with influencers/MCNs in Vietnam is a strong advantage.
● Deep understanding of local social media trends and user behavior.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills; data-driven mindset.
● Fluent in English or Chinese.
● Experience in oral care, beauty, or FMCG is preferred
