• Define vehicle attribute targets for E-Scooter projects including structural, energy management, and ride and handling performance.
• Conduct benchmarking studies on competitor scooters to establish competitive performance targets.
• Analyze test and simulation data to align attribute targets with vehicle performance objectives.
• Coordinate with simulation, testing, and design teams to finalize Vehicle Target Setting (VTS)
• Participate in benchmarking, testing, and PALS/FL activities to collect attribute data
• Track attribute performance throughout development and propose target adjustments when required.
• Prepare technical reports and present attribute status to project stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Vehicle Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in vehicle testing or product validation.
• Basic understanding of electric scooter or electric vehicle systems.
• Experience using measurement tools and test equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Valid motorcycle driving license (A1) and car driving license (B1/B2/C) are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at the manufacturing plant and under time constraints.
