1. Knowledge of FMEA/PFMEA and quality management.

2. Ability to analyze visual defects and root causes.

3. Familiarity with IATF 16949 / AIAG-VDA 

4. Proficient in Excel; Minitab is a plus.

5. Good logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

7. Responsible, honest, and willing to learn and improve.
