Support vehicle development projects by building, preparing, and maintaining FE simulation models for system, component, body, and closure applications.
Create and refine FE models, set up boundary conditions, and ensure simulation inputs are aligned with 3D CAD data, design information, and project requirements.
Perform CAE analyses in one or more areas such as crashworthiness, occupant protection, structural integrity, fatigue, and durability.
Analyze simulation results, identify critical issues, and propose optimization solutions to improve safety, robustness, durability, and overall vehicle performance.
Collaborate with design, testing, validation, and R&D teams to translate CAE findings into design improvements and engineering actions.
Support model validation, virtual validation methods, and correlation activities to improve simulation accuracy and reduce physical testing needs.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of CAE standards, modelling methods, workflows, and best practices.
Prepare and present technical reports, simulation summaries, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
