Kỹ sư Plumbing/ HVAC (Mechanical Designer)

As a member of the Engineering discipline for BKV Group, represents the Engineering discipline in the current and future service development process and programs to serve the firm’s clients.  Duties include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Đóng vai trò là thành viên trong nhóm kỹ thuật, đại diện cho bộ môn Kỹ thuật thực hiện các chương trình và quy trình phát triển dịch vụ thiết kế hiện tại và tương lai để phục vụ khách hàng của công ty. Vị trí này sẽ được giao các nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm sau:

• Prepares complete and comprehensive plans, schedules, and details utilizing Revit software for the mechanical construction documents under the guidance of the Director of Mechanical Engineering/Senior Mechanical EngineerCoordinate the mechanical Revit model with each discipline for a complete and coordinated 3-D model and 2-D drawing deliverable as required at each phase of the project.
• Responsible for completing work in a timely manner on assigned projects within the budgeted hours

• Perform the necessary disciplinary work on assigned projects.
• Thực hiện các công việc cần thiết một cách nghiêm túc đối với các dự án được giao
• Maintain appropriate records and files on assigned projects.
• Lưu trữ hồ sơ các dự án được giao một cách phù hợp và khoa học.
• Maintain a free flow of communications with the Director of Mechanical Engineering, Senior Mechanical Engineer.
•  
• Partner-In-Charge, and the Project Manager on assigned projects, as well as other Firm members relative to the activities on assigned projects.
• Duy trì luồng thông tin liên lạc liên tục với các Đối tác kỹ thuật, các Kỹ sư, Chủ trì thiết kế, những Đối tác phụ trách và Nhà Quản lý dự án cũng như các thành viên khác của Công ty liên quan đến các hoạt động của các dự án đang thực hiện.
• Responsible for the design process coordination of the engineering discipline with the other discipline leaders on assigned projects as directed by Director of Mechanical Engineering, Senior Mechanical Engineer.
• Chịu trách nhiệm trong việc phối hợp quy trình thiết kế của bộ môn kỹ thuật với các Trưởng nhóm bộ môn khác theo sự hướng dẫn của các Đối tác kỹ thuật, Kỹ sư cao cấp hoặc Chủ trì thiết kế trong nhóm dự án.

Job Requirements/ Yêu cầu công việc:

• Must haveBachelordegree related training;
• Có bằng đại học chuyên nghành liên quan.
• From 4 years of experience in design field
• Trên 4 năm kinh nghiệm ở lĩnh vực liên quan
• Good communication in English, Certification in English a plus
• Có khả năng Nghe, nói, đọc,viết Tiếng Anh tốt.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently with team members.
• Có khả năng giao tiếp và làm việc hiệu quả với các thành viên trong nhóm

• Skills required include basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, BIM 360. Proficiency with Revit required
• Có kỹ năng về các phần mềm bao gồm kiến thức cơ bản về các chương trình Microsoft Office, BIM 360. Kỹ năng Revit chuyên sâu.
