Kỹ sư thiết kế hệ thống điện nhẹ - Revit/ ELV Engineer - Revit

• Collect input information to understand customer’s needs and requirements
• Design concept, basic and detail drawings in REVIT and/or AUTOCAD of projects in Vietnam and/ or overseas in close collaboration with other teams.
• Take the lead in producing calculation spreadsheets, the design specification, design reports to finalize project as required
• Checking construction/ subcontracting document and vendor technical documents.
• Act as the quality controller of the technical designs
• Ensuring the designs are undertaken in accordance with local codes and international standards
• Ensure that analytical models, calculation spreadsheets, design report, design specs and all drawings are reviewed and checked before submitting following the company quality procedure.
• Responsible for project design data and drawings/ checking principle and conceptual drawings
• Responsible for the economical, feasibility, correctness of assigned project design work
• Responsible for work’s results, working with tasks to satisfy schedule, quality and under time schedule
• Manage the assigned juniors in his/ her project in charge to deliver quality design products within schedule
• Coordinate with other designers/ other consultants/ suppliers during design process and for clashing control.
• Estimate needed time/ manpower for each task, report to TL in abnormal situation/ overloading/ over hours budget happen in assigned projects
• Checking internal discipline technical documents.
• Giving shared experience/ knowledge training to the team
• Giving the sustainable technical solutions and optimize initial investments
• Solving all difficulty arising technical problems
• Editing and updating specification, standards, procedure and technical manuals
• Take part in value engineering work
• Additional duties as in Annex 1 (contact-window) in case of responsibility for CW of the assigned projects.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• University diploma in in Electrical and Telecommunication/ automation and control field
• At least 6 ++ years of experience working in designing ELV, BMS/BAS system and fire alarm systems.
• 4++ years working for Boydens Engineering is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international (EN) codes & standards
• Practical experience in designing hotel/school/tall building projects
• Be able to take lead in controlling the quality of deliverables to be sent out.
• Practical experience in designing electrical system (at all phases) for at least 10 buildings
• Knowledge of construction site
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, ELV software…)
• Hardworking and attention to details
• Ability to work independently and/or in team on several projects simultaneously
• Be able to communicate fluently in English, in both written and oral commands.

ANNEX: ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY _ CONTACT-WINDOW BELGIUM PROJECTS

• Attend project kick-off meeting with TLs/BE team.
• Communicate with BE designers/BE PLs via email/ webex meeting… to collect all necessary input information for projects.
• Check projects’ input information, clarify questions with BE designers/ BE PL.
• Arrange/ record input information into project folders in server.
• Explain project design requirement/ input information to VN designers in the team, support VN designers during whole design period of the project.
• Check all drawings/ BOQ/ documents before submitting to BE.
• Perform clashes-control and send the report to VN designers to revise.
• Lead the coordination process with other design discipline.
• Monitor progress and performance of members in assigned projects.
• Follow up spent time and progress of the project. Report abnormalities proactive.
• Accountable for quality of output drawings/ documents.
