Kỹ Sư Thiết Kế Kết Cấu/ Structural Design Engineer

- Survey project sites and develop 2D layout designs, equipment arrangement for boiler systems, and machine foundation layouts/ Khảo sát dự án, triển khai thiết kế bản vẽ Layout 2D, bố trí hệ thống thiết bị lò hơi, bố trí móng máy.

- Implement detailed architectural designs for foundations and industrial workshops based on approved layouts/ Triển khai chi tiết kiến trúc móng, nhà xưởng theo layout.

I. Accountability/ Trách nhiệm

Strictly comply with and take absolute responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the Company's internal information/ Cam kết tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt và chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật tuyệt đối an toàn thông tin nội bộ của Công ty.

Report directly to the Team Leader regarding the progress, volume, accuracy, and technical quality of all assigned design outputs/ Chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp trước Trưởng nhóm về tiến độ, khối lượng, tính chính xác và chất lượng kỹ thuật của toàn bộ các sản phẩm thiết kế do mình phụ trách.

II. Key Tasks & Duties/ Nhiệm vụ

Actively collaborate with relevant departments, including Mechanical Design, Project Management, Procurement, and QA/QC/ Chủ động phối hợp làm việc với các phòng ban liên quan (Thiết kế cơ khí, Dự án, Mua hàng, QA/QC).

Execute design work according to plans and ensure timely completion of assignments from the Team Leader/Department Manager/ Triển khai công việc thiết kế theo kế hoạch và hoàn thành đúng thời hạn được giao từ trưởng nhóm/ trưởng phòng

Develop detailed work plans and schedules to meet overall project deadlines/ Lập kế hoạch chi tiết cụ thể các công việc và tiến độ thực hiện nhằm đáp ứng tiến độ.

Read and comprehend bidding documents, construction drawings, fire fighting and prevention (FFP) drawings, and topographical survey drawings to support architectural and layout design/ Đọc hiểu các hồ sơ thầu, bản vẽ xây dựng, kiểm tra bản vẽ xây dựng, bản vẽ PCCC, bảng vẽ khảo sát mặt bằng. Phục vụ cho mục đích thiết kế kiến trúc và layout.

Verify project estimates, prepare project cost estimates, and perform structural design (if applicable)/ Kiểm tra dự toán, lập dự toán dự án, thiết kế kết cấu (nếu có).

Conduct site surveys, supervise construction site progress, and attend meetings with Clients/Developers as requested by upper management/ Đi giám sát, khảo sát công trình và họp với Chủ đầu tư khi có yêu cầu từ cấp trên.

Qualifications & Expertise/ Kiến thức & chuyên môn

• College or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant fields (Focus on Design, Construction Organization, or Supervision)/ Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/Đại Học ngành Xây dựng (Thiết kế, tổ chức thi công, giám sát).

• Good command of English (Intermediate level), capable of daily communication and reading technical documents/ Trình độ ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh Khá, có thể giao tiếp, đọc hiểu tài liệu.

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm

1 to 2 years of experience in an equivalent position/ 1 - 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương.

Required Skills/ Những kỹ năng cần thiết:

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office applications/ Sử dụng thành thành thao phần mềm Autocad 2D, vi tính văn phòng.

Other Requirements/ Yêu cầu khác:

• Willingness to travel for business and conduct on-site construction supervision/ Khả năng đi công tác, đi giám sát công trình.

• Hard-working, eager to learn, detail-oriented, flexible, and highly responsible/ Tinh thần chịu khó, học hỏi, tỉ mỉ, linh hoạt, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills/ Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm

• Preferred: Male candidates aged between 24 and 35/ Ưu tiên: Nam. Từ 24 – 35 tuổi.
