Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng vật tư đầu vào (hộp carton, sách hướng dẫn, giấy cuộn, hạt nhựa, …).
Perform incoming quality inspections of materials (e.g., carton boxes, instruction manuals, paper rolls, plastic resin, etc.).
Hỗ trợ bộ phận sản xuất bằng cách thực hiện các hành động ngăn chặn tạm thời khi phát sinh lỗi vật tư trên chuyền.
Support the production team by implementing temporary containment actions when material defects are identified on the production line.
Cách ly các vật tư đáng ngờ và đưa ra phương án xử lý theo quy trình quản lý các vật liệu không phù hợp.
Quarantine suspected nonconforming materials and process them in accordance with the nonconforming material control procedure.
Ghi nhận các khiếu nại nhà cung cấp trên hệ thống quản lý sự không phù hợp.
Record supplier complaints in the nonconformance management system.
Chủ động giải quyết khiếu nại nhà cung cấp, đi kèm hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa.
Proactively follow up on supplier complaints and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
Hỗ trợ kỹ sư chất lượng tham gia vào các dự án thử nghiệm vật tư mới.
Support Quality Engineers in new material qualification and trial projects.
Hỗ trợ đánh giá tuân thủ bảo mật của nhà cung cấp (supplier confidentiality) nếu được yêu cầu.
Assist in supplier confidentiality compliance assessments when required.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp quản lý giao.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
