Lab Technician (Mechanical / Wood Processing) fresher - Dist 12, HCMC

Prepare the test site or carry out other technical preparation activities for testing includes receiving samples, checking completeness and assembly, taking pictures and dimensions.
• Set up and perform all kinds of test includes preparing related document.
• Inform test results and provide necessary technical information to supervisor and or project team members.
• Hand over samples to customer and or supplier includes related document.
• Prepare pre-information, test reports and or inspection report on time.
• Prepare other technical document includes quality management (“QM”) document, checklists and related reports.
• Ensure proper documentation according to ISO17025 and support QM team members in setting up and maintaining the quality systems.
• Arrange maintenance and calibration of test machines, equipment and other laboratory facilities as well as ensure the availability of required equipment and tools for testing.
• Ensure laboratory is always tidy and neat.
• Other tasks which are assigned by Group Leader/ Technical Manager/ Local Field Manager.

• Have experience in testing of furniture/ hardlines products is a plus.
• Good knowledge of standards, legal and customer requirements.
• Good knowledge of pneumatic, measuring technique, testing control systems.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 17025 requirements procedures.
• Good at English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
