As part of Belt Collins Hong Kong, Belt Collins Vietnam delivers a wide range of landscape projects across Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Landscape Designer/ Landscape Architect (Designer/ Senior) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vị trí này làm việc chặt chẽ với Project Manager (PM) hoặc Deputy Project Manager (DPM) nhằm triển khai thiết kế phát triển và hồ sơ thi công, đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và tuân thủ yêu cầu của cơ quan chức năng (nếu có).

(This position works closely with the Project Manager (PM) or Deputy Project Manager (DPM) to develop design development and construction documentation, ensuring schedule, quality, and authority compliance (if any).

Vị trí này cũng bao gồm việc đi công trường và giám sát nhằm theo dõi tiến độ thi công và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh khi cần thiết.

(The role also includes site visits and supervision to monitor construction progress and resolve any arising issues when required.)

Thiết kế cảnh quan áp dụng cho nhiều loại hình công trình công cộng, thương mại, nhà ở và khách sạn – nghỉ dưỡng.

(Landscape design covers various project types including public, commercial, residential, and hospitality developments.)

Bạn sẽ làm gì:

What you will do:

• Phối hợp với PM hoặc DPM để chuẩn bị hồ sơ thiết kế phát triển và hồ sơ thi công.

Coordinate with the PM or DPM to prepare design development and construction documentation.

• Phối hợp và làm việc với các nhóm dự án.

Collaborate and coordinate with project teams.

• Giám sát tiến độ thi công tại công trường và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh khi cần.

Oversee site progress and resolve any arising issues when necessary.

• Kiểm tra shop drawing, tìm kiếm vật liệu, trình mẫu và khảo sát vườn ươm.

Review shop drawings, source materials, submit samples, and conduct nursery visits.

• Đảm bảo chất lượng thiết kế, ngân sách dự án và tuân thủ yêu cầu cơ quan quản lý (nếu có).

Ensure design quality, project budget control, and authority compliance (if any).

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của PM hoặc DPM.

Perform other duties as assigned by the PM or DPM.

• Bằng Cử nhân hoặc Thạc sĩ từ các cơ sở đào tạo chuyên ngành liên quan.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from relevant educational institutions.

• 2-7 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực liên quan

2-7 years of working experience in a related field.

• Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế như AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop; có kinh nghiệm BIM Revit là một lợi thế.

Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop; experience in BIM Revit is an advantage.

• Có khả năng thiết kế Softscape và lựa chọn chủng loại cây cho giai đoạn concept và thi công.

Ability to work on softscape design and plant species selection for both concept and construction stages.
