This position is responsible for support HR team to act as a contact point in the North for a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding new hires and HR administration.
Key Accountabilities:
Recruitment
Be a contact point in the North to support HR Executive in recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.
Coordinate job fairs, manage vacancies, submit recruitment reports, and oversee onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Administer and update recruitment databases, ensuring quality hires in the assigned area.
HR Operations
Handle HR administrative tasks, including managing employee benefits, leave administration, payroll support, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Prepare HR-related communications, announcements, and recruitment reports
Employee Engagement
Contribute to execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Education:
Bachelor degree/final year in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Experience:
Having intern working experience in same field is a plus.
Work related skills:
Have knowledge about labor law
Experience in HR functions, especially Recruitment area
