LEADER MERCHANDISER

CÔNG TY TNHH MASTIGE is seeking a Leader Merchandiser to lead the merchandising team and own the full order lifecycle, from confirmed buy plan and sampling through bulk production to on-shelf delivery for retail and online channels (VN / US / Amazon).

The role requires strong leadership, T&A management, costing control and vendor management skills to ensure every order is delivered on time, at the right quality and at target cost.

Location: 568 Luy Ban Bich, Hoa Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District.

Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and work every other Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and control production launches by priority; track key milestones from sampling to warehouse receipt/shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead the merchandising team: assign tasks, coach members and evaluate monthly performance.
• Chair weekly order reviews; monitor risks and resolve issues affecting delivery, cost and quality; make decisions within scope and escalate key issues on plans, pricing, customers and major changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, Technical, Purchasing, QA/QC, Warehouse) to speed up sampling and ensure smooth order execution.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors: source, evaluate and select; negotiate price, MOQ, lead time and contract terms.
• Control costing and quality against targets; work with QA/QC on defects and supplier claims; propose cost optimization.
• Standardize order management processes and tools; keep schedule, consumption, production and inventory data accurate and up to date; track supplier performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile & Garment Technology, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5+ years in garment order management (FOB and CMT), including at least 2 years as Team Leader or Senior Specialist.
• Solid knowledge of production planning, costing, fabric consumption, technical documents and AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit).
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Data-driven mindset; advanced Excel and reporting/tracking tools.
• Able to read English technical documents; good English communication is a plus.
