Lean Engineer

-Standardize procedures, track performance, improve workflows, and apply Lean methods to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

-Optimize processes for quality and efficiency, drive cost reduction through ROI and savings tracking

-Lead Kaizen, 5S, and layout improvements, deliver Lean training, and support development.

-Validate improvements using data and simulations

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant.

 1–3 years in manufacturing, with a focus on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, or Continuous Improvement

Proficiency in English (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus)

• CV in English.
• Onsite interview: Contacted candidates will make a presentation on optional topics (e.g., previous job experience, achievements).
