Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage end-to-end training programs (onboarding, leadership, technical).
Advise leadership on talent development and succession planning.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and e-learning adoption.
Evaluate training effectiveness and report on L&D metrics (participation, ROI).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree or L&D certifications preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, or HR (pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience is a plus).
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools.
Excellent skills in instructional design, project management, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about people development.
